Over the years, we have seen a need for housing at reasonable rates.  There are many families and individuals that are willing to put forth the effort to and have the desire to build their own home.  With a little sweat equity and help from people that really care, this can be accomplished.  We have developed a network of Realtors, Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Tradesmen to help homeowners get the most for their money.

Owner’s Background:

Coming from a home building family in Ohio to Florida in 1983, Mike Showers has worked sixteen years with top 10 national production builders Pulte Homes and Beazer Homes with positions from Superintendent, Purchasing, Area Manager and six years as Construction Manager.  Other hats that were worn at that time were Safety Director, and SWPPP Manager.  Mike was also Head of Construction and Land Development for Bel-Aire Homes (Orlando), for three years that specialized in custom homes, light commercial and remodeling.  Mike's other seven years were spent working for Trafalgar Developers (G.E.) as a Superintendent and Warranty Manager.  Nine months were devoted to Homestead, Florida after Hurricane Andrew struck to help renovate damaged structures and put homeowners back in their homes.  Florida Certified License CGC049904.
